    Pre-order Items

    Please be advised that your card will be charged in full upon placing your order. You can cancel your order anytime before your pre-order item ships by contacting customer service at service@bensoleimani.com.

     

    Custom Orders

    • Please note that your card will be charged in full upon placing your custom order. Please expect a lead time for custom orders on all rugs and furniture. Please note all made to order, custom and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return. 
    • Discounts and special promotions do not apply to made to order and custom items.
    • Please note all made to order, custom and discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. 
    • Promotions cannot be combined during a sale.
    • Price adjustments do not apply to any items including custom rug and furniture pieces.
    Furniture
    • Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. 
    • All claims for the seller’s failure to comply with this warranty shall be governed by the provisions of this paragraph

    Rugs
    • Quick Ship - Please note if the particular rug has the quick ship option that you can expect your custom rug within 4 weeks.
    • If an order requires a size of more than 12’ long, the delivery time may be extended beyond our normal delivery
    • Please contact customer service at service@bensoleimani.com for a quote or additional information. Please expect a lead time of 2-4 months for custom orders on rugs.

     

    Shipping Policy

    Local Warehouse Pick-Up:

    • Local warehouse pick up must be arranged by your sales associate or through a customer service representative, and is available for a flat fee of $50.
    • Beginning the day in which the order is placed, customers have 7 days to pick up their order from the warehouse.
    • After 7 days from the order date, the order is a 'final sale' and is not refundable.

    Furniture

    • All in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. 
    • During sales and promotions, shipping times may vary due to order volume. For 1-Day and 2-Day shipping, orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST.
    • We are unable to ship on weekends and federal holidays; your order will be sent the following business day for regular ground shipping. Orders will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Additional charges will be added for special weekend delivery requests. 
    • We are unable to ship order to PO boxes, or split shipments between addresses.
    • We are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.
    • Local and 3rd party carriers DO NOT move existing furniture for any orders.
    • Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to check in all merchandise once it is received and report any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Ben Soleimani will replace any damaged items within 48 hours from the original delivery date. We will not accept returns/exchanges for merchandise after 48 hours.
    • We do not price match furniture and accessories.
    Standard Shipping Methods
    We provide multiple reliable delivery options to accommodate your lifestyle and budget. All shipping options will be presented to you on each product page and at the time of checkout. We currently have 3 different categories to help you choose the perfect shipping for your items and location.

    Small Items
    For smaller furniture and home furnishing items, deliveries will be weight-based and made via FedEx. Signatures are not required for these deliveries unless otherwise requested. All available shipping time frame options will be presented to you on each product page and at the time of checkout. Orders placed outside of business hours will be shipped the next business day.

    Large Items
    For large furniture items, we offer Threshold Delivery, Room of Choice Delivery, and White Glove Delivery. We work with expert carriers that specialize in the transportation of furniture pieces for safe and successful deliveries. A specialist will call to schedule an appointment for your desired delivery time. Signatures are required for all deliveries unless otherwise stated.

    Threshold Delivery
    • Our carrier delivery team will deliver your items just inside your front door or garage by appointment and within a 4-hour window. Orders containing an item over 110” or weighing more than 100lbs require additional labor and may require additional charges or fees to safely transport the item.
    Room of Choice Delivery
    • Our carrier delivery team will deliver your items and place them within your room of choice, with a clear path and way of entry, by appointment and within a 4-hour window. Orders containing a piece over 95” or weighing more than 100lbs require additional labor and may require additional charges or fees to safely transport the item. The removal of packaging materials is not included.
    White Glove Delivery
    • Our carrier delivery team will transport your purchased items into your home with a clear path and way of entry. They will then carefully unpack each item, assemble, and place inside your room of choice. All packaging materials will be removed to your curbside or closest trash area.
    • Please note, if you plan to make a return or exchange you must save your original packing materials to execute. We will not accept any returns without original packaging.
    Preparing for Delivery
    You will receive a scheduling call within 7 to 10 business days after placing your order to discuss your order and delivery information. Please inform our customer service team of any concerns or special requirements you have to guarantee safe and successful delivery, including but not limited to lobby drop-offs, narrow driveways, gated entry points, and multiple flights of stairs. You will receive a call within 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date with an estimated delivery window. Before delivery, please ensure that there is a clear path and way of entry for our delivery specialists to properly transport your items through doorways and hallways. Existing furniture and rugs must be removed inside the desired delivery space. Local and 3rd party carriers DO NOT move existing furniture with any orders. Long flights of stairs may require an extra service fee. Restrictions may apply.

    Additional Charges
    Additional charges may apply based on item type or weight and excess labor required.

    Rugs

    • Our carrier delivery team will transport your purchased items into your home with a clear path and way of entry. They will then carefully unpack, roll out, and install the rug in your room of choice. All packaging materials will be removed to your curbside or closest trash area.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact service@bensoleimani.com to return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery with applicable restocking fees with proof of purchase. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Ben Soleimani reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. 
    • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom orders, throws, pillow covers, bedding, mattresses, rug pads, fabric, inserts and pieces that are no longer in their original packaging.  
    • We do not accept any returns at our showroom.
    • Once your return has been approved you have 7 days to schedule the pick-up with the appropriate provider.
    • No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Please note all made to order, custom and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.  
    • Please allow up to 30 business days for return shipping and return payment processing.
    • Ben Soleimani reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any items that are not in the original condition due to damage or misuse by the client. If you are unsure of how to package goods for return please contact customer service for guidance.
    • If an order is received with damages please send a photo, name, and order number to service@bensoleimani.com.
    • Returned items deemed poorly protected and therefore damaged during the shipping process will be given a 50% refund of product cost. For further instructions or additional questions regarding a return, please e-mail service@bensoleimani.com.
    • Please note that this return policy does not include commercial orders, as these are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on orders because some items in the order may have failed through normal usage - replacements will be sent

    Furniture

Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage.     • You can return a furniture piece within 7 days from delivery for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
    • For items returned after 7 days from delivery there will be a 20% restocking fee. 
    • Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
    • When exchanging furniture items of equal or greater value, you may opt a credit towards your next purchase, and the restocking fee will be waived within 14 days.  Please note delivery fees are not refundable with exchanges or returns.
    • Once your return has been approved you have 7 days to schedule the pick-up with the appropriate carrier.
    • After the furniture is inspected and approved for a refund, we will issue a credit for the full purchase price, minus return shipping. Refunds are processed in the original method of payment only. Please allow up to 30 business days for return shipping and return payment processing.
    Rugs

    • The rug must be in the original condition, unused, and shipped in the return bag provided inside each rug. Please retain original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return.

    Rug, Fabric & Finish Swatches

    • For rug swatches, you have 30 days from date of receipt to return your swatches for a full refund. Please note customer is responsible for return shipping.
    • For finish swatches, you have 30 days from date of receipt to return your swatches for a full refund. Please note customer is responsible for return shipping.
    • To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
    • No returns for swatches will be accepted after 30 days. The full value of a rug swatch will be credited once it is returned in re-sellable condition.
    • Swatches should be used for quality, and all over color reference. Because of the handmade nature of our products, variations should be expected.

    Furniture Assembly

    We’ve partnered with the experts to provide furniture assembly for our items.  However, our Partners will not hang, mount or replace any wall art or mirrors (Professional installation is required); Lighting installation or assembly for existing light fixtures, as well as newly purchased lighting will require Professional installation. Please contact our customer service team for any additional questions.

    Shipping to Canada

    Customers are responsible for ALL Broker/Custom Clearance Fees, Duties, and Taxes.

    We currently serve the following regions: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.

    We offer shipping to Canada for the following product categories: rugs, large furniture, small furniture (not including dining chairs), decorative objects, bedding, and fabric by the yard. The system will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping option at checkout.
